Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to staff through an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Drive store performance and ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
