You will manage a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. An eight-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store performance to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store staff and ensure efficient store operations.
