Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store and lead store team.
• Hire, train, supervise and direct associates to meet goals.
• Aim to achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
