Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager for our Oxford, MS location. The role leads all store operations, staffing, training, and development of the leadership team to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining an inviting, easy-to-shop environment.

You will manage the stockroom, front end, and sales floor, ensuring timely merchandise flow, accurate payroll, and compliance with company standards. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store associates.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of store staff and leadership team.
• Oversee stockroom, front end and sales floor operations to meet company standards.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling within budget.
