Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manager experience in a specialty retail store with relevant traffic and volume preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to additional software programs.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Manager on Duty, performing responsibilities of the Store Manager when the Store Manager is away from the store.
• Exhibits the interest and the ability to become a Store Manager.
• Coaches in training Sales Associates and monitors compliance with SOPs.
• Manages break schedules and ensures zones are covered.
• Maintains brand standards in merchandising, signage and displays.
• Motivates and inspires the associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
