• Ability to interpret moderately complex financial reports.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away.
• Coach and train Sales Associates on the floor.
• Ensure brand standards and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage scheduling and break coverage for staff.
• Assist with merchandising and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure professional conduct and respectful treatment of staff.
• Lead floor sets and in-store execution with the team.
• Collaborate to maintain overall store performance.
