Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood in Tallahassee, Florida, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have key holder experience and strong communication skills, ensuring customer engagement and managing store staff effectively.

The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling, coaching, and motivating associates to create a positive environment, while adhering to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and ensure customer engagement.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules.
• Provide feedback and coaching to sales associates.
