Job summary

Hustler Hollywood is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, maintain brand standards, engage customers, and help drive sales and KPIs while upholding professional store operations.

Must be 18+, able to lift heavy packages, and willing to work weekends and two store closings weekly. This role includes employee discounts and monthly bonuses as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of key holder experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to use retail POS system and inventory scanner.
• Ability to make change using American monetary units.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• Completion of a shift supervisor training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management by maintaining energy on the sales floor and driving brand integrity.
• Open/close duties when management is absent and manage staff breaks.
• Ensure customer service is a top priority and help achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance on customer engagement and selling.
• Assist with merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
