Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Store Manager to oversee staff and store operations across multiple banners. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, food safety, inventory control, and achieving sales and profit targets while upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates will have an associates degree with 4+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage schedules, customer engagement, and safety procedures in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; scheduling, directing work; appraising performance.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales and managing inventory.
• Directing store operations to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales, and profits.
• Maintaining sales performance, cash flow, product quality, and labor.
