Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Director for our Scott, LA location. You will lead staff, oversee store operations, ensure product quality and safety, and drive sales and profitability while upholding company standards and customer engagement.

Ideal candidates bring a 4+ year background in store management, an associates degree, and certifications in health, safety, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Minimum 21 years of age.
Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
HIPAA certification required.
TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
Manager Food Safety certification required.
AML certification required.

Responsibilities

Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work.
Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
Manage inventories and ensure in-stock levels.
Direct store operations to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales and profits.
Enforce customer engagement standards and lead by example.
Communicate with Category Managers about product delivery and store impact.
Conduct store inspections to ensure standards and food safety.
