Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead staff, oversee store operations, and drive quality, safety, and inventory control. You’ll be responsible for sales, profitability, and maintaining company standards while delivering high engagement and customer satisfaction.

The role requires associates degree and at least four years in related experience, with certifications in HIPAA, AML, and food safety where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification is required where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification is required where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification is required.
• AML certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns and directs work; appraises performance; rewards, disciplines.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manages inventory to in‑stock levels.
• Directs store operations and manages expenses to maximize cash flow and profits.
• Maintains and improves sales performance, cash flow, public relations, product quality, and labor.
• Reviews budgets and personnel reports to plan long‑term objectives.
