Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age; 21+ for company driving.
• Two+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• Certifications in AML, HIPAA, Food Safety; TABC/LACT/AATC; Fuel Operator C.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; assigning work and directing teams.
• Reviewing historical data to predict sales; manage inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Open/close store procedures and ensure food safety standards.
• Balance tills and handle deposits; ensure proper tender policies.
• Identify process improvements and communicate with leadership.
