Job summary

You will drive sales, EBITDA, and gross margin targets, and ensure safety, training, and reporting standards are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field is required.
• Two or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
• HIPAA, AML, and related certifications may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Director in overseeing total store operations and departmental performance.
• Leads, trains, and coaches partners to ensure a safe, clean, customer-friendly shopping experience.
• Ensures pricing accuracy, planogram compliance, and promotional displays.
• Manages front end operations including staffing, cash handling, and compliance with tender procedures.
• Monitors inventory, reviews sales, shrink and labor metrics, and communicates concerns to leadership.
• Maintains compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards across departments.
