• Advanced knowledge of state alcohol/tobacco/lottery laws.
• Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations governing monetary transactions.
• Advanced knowledge of cash register systems.
• Advanced knowledge of WFM systems.
• Basic knowledge of SAP for reporting.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to plan long-term objectives aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; assign work and evaluate performance.
• Analyze historical data to forecast sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Review P&L, sales, shrink and labor; report issues to management.
• Direct store operations to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, and profits.
• Maintain sales performance, customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Monitor budgets and staffing; support long-range strategic plans.
• Provide exemplary customer service and enforce engagement standards.
• Execute merchandising plans to boost sales.”
• Communicate with Category Managers about product delivery and impact.
• Conduct store inspections to ensure standards.
• Enforce quality control and sanitize and date products properly.
• Open/close the store and ensure a presentable shopping environment.
