Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs using store reports and P&L data.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment compliant with health and sanitation procedures.
