Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive merchandising initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee operations, coaching, and training to develop a high-performing crew and deliver sales growth.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen with P&L awareness, and the ability to manage daily store activities, cash handling, and loyalty programs while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong store leadership experience and ability to oversee daily operations.
• Experience training and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to manage merchandising, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive profitability and performance.
• Ability to manage cash handling and fuel transactions as part of store duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team, implement merchandising and marketing programs, and drive profitability.
• Develop skills of the entire store team and maintain high customer service standards.
• Utilize store reports to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
