7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and guide a small leadership team, ensuring customers receive outstanding service. You will oversee merchandising, implement marketing initiatives, and train staff to promote growth and retention.

You will manage cash handling and reports, supervise daily activities, and drive profitability while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team.
• Proven ability to train and develop associates.
• Strong merchandising and marketing execution skills.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting processes.
