Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience and supervisory skills.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to apply P&L data and store reports to improve performance.
• Willingness to oversee merchandising and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, boost retention, and promote internal advancement.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive positive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
