Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in Johnson City, TN to lead a vibrant team and deliver world-class service. You will drive sales, manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program while ensuring an engaging store atmosphere and strong customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Area/District Manager and be responsible for training, coaching, hiring, and maintaining store standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven leadership record.
• Ability to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations for store coverage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in all actions.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and sales performance.
• Drive membership program engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee store operations and overall performance.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; develop careers.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR.
• Manage schedules, cleanliness, and store upkeep.
• Plan strategic growth to increase traffic and sales.
• Resolve staff and customer issues with urgency.
