Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience leading teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads and sales associates.
• Model and promote Miniso's mission and values in all actions.
• Ensure seamless store execution, service, merchandising, and SOP adherence.
• Promote and drive membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent; provide performance feedback.
• Manage labor, optimize inventory, and drive profitability.
• Oversee cash handling and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance issues.
• Maintain store standards and visually appealing displays.
