Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and drive community-focused service at our Missouri location. You will hire, train, and supervise Team Members, modeling Casey’s CARES values while delivering daily guest experiences and strong store performance.

Responsibilities include managing labor, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention; partnering with leadership to execute store action plans. Flexibility for varied hours is required; ServSafe training may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team in a retail or food-service environment.
• Ability to hire, train, and supervise Team Members and coaches.
• Experience managing labor budgets and staff scheduling.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising, loss prevention, and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with ServSafe or food-safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive store sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and guest-ready; build relationships with guests and the community.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members; coach and mentor the team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership and customer interactions.
• Manage labor budgets and staffing for regular and high-traffic times; maintain schedules.
