Job summary

Casey’s is looking for a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team in Missouri. You will drive store performance, maintain top service standards, and manage inventory while shaping a welcoming, safe environment for guests and team members alike.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and development, coaching staff in Casey’s CARES values and operational practices. This onsite leadership role offers growth within a Fortune 400–scale organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within the store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching them to succeed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, events, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, audits, orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans aligned to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
