Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team, drive sales, and maintain high standards of guest service and store operations in Missouri. You will hire, train, and coach Team Members, manage scheduling and labor budgets, and ensure food preparation and merchandising meet Casey’s CARES standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to adapt to varied hours, with a focus on delivering an exceptional store experience and community presence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership potential.
• Experience hiring, training, supervising staff.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, schedule updates and communication.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
