Casey's in Missouri is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will drive sales, maintain quality and service standards, hire and train Team Members, and coach your staff using the Casey's CARES values to build strong relationships with guests and communities.

The role includes managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and store operations while overseeing kitchen activities and daily bookwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and manage labor budget and staffing needs.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend training and ensure team members complete required trainings.
