EZCORP's EZPawn store in Abilene, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates and drive exceptional customer service. You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, analyze profitability, and ensure pricing and markdowns follow guidelines while meeting store targets.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial pawn and sales agreements with customers. A background in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilinguality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor performance.
• Schedule staffing and ensure store operations meet targets.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines; protect assets.
• Negotiate pawn and sales agreements with customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and comply with policies.
