EZPawn at EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 3 to 10+ member Sales Associate team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will develop strong community relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial pawn and sales agreements daily.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with strong communication, organization, and prioritization abilities to drive store performance while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help Team Members reach performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure on-time work results.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
