Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager in Naperville, IL to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding our ethical standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Excellent listening, communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
