Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Stores Manager to lead all store operations and drive sales while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop leadership staff, supervise payroll and scheduling, monitor expenses, and uphold safety and loss prevention policies while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires five or more years of store management experience and fluent English, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in retail.
