Job summary

The role requires a proven track record in retail store management, strong people leadership, and the ability to train and develop Associates. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and develop store teammates at all levels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads all company best practices and maximizes productivity.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Drives scheduling, payroll and staffing within guidelines.
• Recruits, hires and develops assistant managers and supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations and company policies.
