Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of Store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Manages Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure merchandise gets to the floor timely.
• Responsible for payroll administration including scheduling and reporting.
• Recruits, trains, and develops Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
