Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment.

You will recruit, train and develop a leadership team, manage payroll, scheduling and expenses, and ensure exceptional customer service and loss prevention practices. You will drive sales and profitability by enforcing standards, optimizing staffing, and maintaining a clean, easy-to-shop store that reflects the Ross brand and delivers a positive shopping experience for

Qualifications

Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.

Responsibilities

Lead all store operations and ensure company standards.
Manage payroll and scheduling.
Recruit, train and develop store staff.
Ensure safety, loss prevention, and customer service standards.
Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and Retail Associates.
