Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; counsel or terminate as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings to enforce policies.
• Open and close the store on a regular basis.
