Job summary

Carter’s seeks a Store Manager in the United States to lead a team and be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll coach staff, optimize product knowledge, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment on the sales floor.

You’ll build talent pipelines, manage merchandising and operations, analyze KPIs, and ensure customer focus and loyalty programs. A minimum of 3 years retail management and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
