Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Westlake, OH to lead store operations and a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer-centric strategies and ensure a best-in-class experience for shoppers.

You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, manage merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Retail-focused, fast-paced, and metrics driven.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays & weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
