Athleta in Vernon Hills is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM to coach leaders and Brand Associates.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
