Job summary

Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will collaborate with the GM/AGM to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will manage daily store operations, align with brand strategy, and promote community involvement while ensuring compliance and smooth omni-channel

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Lead service leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
