Job summary

Carter’s seeks a Store Manager in Charlotte, NC, to lead a team, drive brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You’ll coach staff, oversee merchandising, and manage payroll while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods; willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
