CITITRENDS is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and daily operations. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure a positive customer experience while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years as Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership.
• 5–7 years total retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and people leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results and address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage store associates; staff appropriately to support operations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to develop team members.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service in a safe, organized environment.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Execute merchandising, operational, and visual standards consistently.
