Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Austin, TX to lead store operations with a focus on customer service and healthy living. You will drive sales, manage taxes and compliance, and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing all departments, ensuring food safety, training staff, and executing merchandising and promotional activities to deliver a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maximize overall store operations.
• Manage departments including Produce, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Vitamins, Beer/Wine, Bulk Foods.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Handle customer complaints and community relations.
• Manage inventory, promotions, and merchandising.
