Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our products.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development.
• Plan, track, and report completion of tasks and financial results.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising standards and promotions.
• Reduce loss through consistent service and operational controls.
