Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring Store Manager to lead the store team, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee merchandising, marketing initiatives, and daily operations as part of a leadership team, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on internal promotion.

The role requires prior retail management experience or a high school diploma/GED. Valid driver's license and ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have 1+ year retail management experience.
• Experience supervising store employees and leading a team.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of P&L and store reporting to drive change.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store staff.
• Lead the store's merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Communicate effectively with team to maintain high customer service standards.
