Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and coach a team to deliver top-notch customer service. You will oversee merchandising, marketing initiatives, and daily store activity, with emphasis on staff development and retention.

Ideal candidates have prior retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with common computer tools. A valid driver’s license is required; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word/Excel).
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence and active auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Store Leader oversees and coaches store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive profitability through merchandising, marketing programs, and in-store initiatives.
• Develop and retain the store team; promote from within where possible.
• Demonstrate strong use of P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
