Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee merchandising, marketing initiatives, and staff development while maintaining store standards and safety.

As a Store Leader with prior supervisory experience, you will coach and empower employees, focus on internal advancement, and foster a high-performance, customer-centric environment across the store’s operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or lead role experience in retail or service environments.
• Ability to manage store operations, staff training and development.
• Strong customer service focus with a drive to improve profitability.
