Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years progressively responsible retail experience.
• Good math skills for handling cash, inventory, and pricing.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, recipes, and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with POS, HR, and MS Office is helpful.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance for banking tasks.
• Age 18 or older due to product restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support Store Manager and motivate staff to meet operational goals.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide on-shift coaching to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Assist with training new employees and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain composure during peak times and ensure standards are met.
• Assist in marketing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Maintain pricing and inventory levels; order stock as needed.
