Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to management when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and compliance calls.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete trainings as required.
