Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store within the CNG family. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence across stores in the district.

Responsibilities include educating customers on product portfolios, handling cash, processing transactions, and adhering to federal/state regulations. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound sales calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash drawer, count cash deposits, and balance receipts at day end.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy and regulations.
