Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work autonomously
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unresolved with customer
• Answer telephone inquiries related to general questions, applications, requests or issues
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures
• Respond professionally and explain possible solutions, ensuring customers feel supported
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints
• Handle currency, cash, and coins including cash drawer management and deposits
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies
• Perform customer verifications to validate information
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree
• Other duties as assigned
