You will oversee store operations, drive loss prevention, and ensure Journeys culture and standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training position or equivalent training.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Age requirements for full‑time employment may vary based on state.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire in-store staff.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and enforce company policies.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention practices.
• Plan weekly staffing in line with schedules policy.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Complete bank deposits.
