KnitWell Group in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience consistent with our hospitality culture.

You will help drive store performance, participate in hiring and coaching, and ensure operations run smoothly—from merchandising to inventory and safety—while building community connections through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
