Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success in sales performance, operations, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees with coaching.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and financial metrics.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, customer-first culture reflecting POP MART's values.
• Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
